What is Bicycle Power Meter Shoe Sole's main specialty?

Accepted Answer

The shop specializes in RPM² footbed power meters, which are designed to measure bilateral leg equivalence in running and cycling. RPM² insoles collect data on gait, range of motion, force, and power to help athletes correct mechanics and form.

Question 2

How does RPM² technology help cyclists?

Accepted Answer

RPM² insoles monitor and compare power output and symmetry between both legs, allowing cyclists to identify and correct bilateral deficiencies. The data can help optimize training and potentially reduce injury risk through improved pedaling mechanics.
