Founded in 1973 by Steve Blazejewski as a cross-country ski shop and relocated to its current Adams, Massachusetts location in 1982, Berkshire Outfitters carries Cannondale and Shimano, with a full-service repair shop for bikes, skis, and canoes. Located at the foot of Mt. Greylock State Reservation, the shop serves a mixed outdoor-sports audience with mountain, road, gravel, hybrid, BMX, and comfort bikes, plus vehicle racks and bike accessories. The staff includes mountain bike racers, Nordic racers, and mechanics with decades of hands-on outdoor experience.
