Baltimore Bicycle Works is organized as a worker-owned cooperative, with each staff member an equal owner or working toward ownership. The shop carries Cannondale, Shimano, and Surly, serving commuters, recreational riders, and mountain bikers with tune-ups, wheel building, complete builds, and bike fitting services ranging from basic optimization ($130) to advanced fitting ($245).
