701 Cycle & Sport began as Epic Sports in a small warehouse before moving to downtown Bismarck and eventually settling at 411 Fraine Barracks Road, steps from the Missouri River bike trails. Now nearly two decades in, the shop carries Specialized, Surly, 45NRTH, Teravail, Shimano, and SRAM across bikes and winter sports. Services include basic, premium, and standard tune-ups, safety checks, binding installs, waxing, edging, and base repairs for both bicycles and snow equipment. The shop hosts a 2026 race series (four events in the Bismarck-Mandan area), group rides, and monthly in-store events.
